3 days ago I bought this tree in flea market in Fort Lauderdale. But today I saw many leaves has a yellow brown spots and doesn't look healthy.
These spots feels as it has a fungus.

Wanted to know what is the name of this tree to look up how to care.

It was standing outside in its pot I bought in direct sun. I was watering once a day and it was rainy lately.

Can anybody tell me why this tree has these yellow and brown spots and what is the name of this palm.

Thanks

That looks like a Queen Palm. Have one in my backyard. It likes to be fed and watered. Yellow leaves don't mean a thing. Plant it somewhere in the sun.

Looks more like one of Florida's King Palms. Queen Palms have an elongated narrower frond than the wider frond like the King Palm does. The photo of OP's shows wide spread fronds.

If it is a King Palm....there's a lot of good information here. How to Grow and Care for King Palm Trees - Ask.com It sounds as if it is a pretty easy palm to grow.....You don't know if your specimen was grown in bright sun....so you might want to follow the advise and acclimate it gradually before planting it in a sunny location. Good Luck.

The stem/trunk and frond/leaves are not correct for a King.

That's a queen palm (I dig them up and throw them out by the hundreds...huge line of them down the street).

It could need a bit of palm fertilizer, but it's late in the season. It could be lethal yellowing disease (but probably isn't).

Since we've had so much rain and so little sun, it could be a reaction from that. Give it a small dose of fertilizer (not much, growing season is near ending for palms) and see if it greens a bit.

Agree with the multiple IDs of Queen Palm.

While the number one cause of yellow/orange spots is potassium deficiency the spots visible on the left side of the picture don't look like right for that, and look very much like leaf spot or leaf blight.

This is most definitely not a queen or king palm. Looks more like a coconut to me.
