I will be working in Joshua in July. I need help with neighborhoods!!!! Someone told me to stay away from Mountain Valley Estates...what's wrong with that neighborhood!? I currently live near Heath TX, and have no idea what that area of DFW is like, Your help is appreciated.
Budget is $200-400k

Please help with surrounding areas too
Crowley?
Burleson?
Cleburne?

No clue as to why someone would say to stay away from MVE. I had friends who lived there, but it was years ago when it was being developed. I haven't heard anything negative about it recently though.

Burleson is nice and it's where people from Joshua and surrounding towns like Alvarado come to do a lot of their shopping, etc.

I live in MV, and it is great, my husband grew up in this neighborhood & we have raised our boys here 18 yrs. whoever told you that doesn't know what they are talking about.
