I doubt it being "affordable housing" none the less once more development occurs I think the price of these leases is going to have to get competitively priced.

House passed one, Senate passed a different one. They still have to get together and hammer out the differences. No guarantee the TRV project stays in the final version.

In either case, they must be feeling pretty confident if they're already pushing for a project to tart next year.

Proposed Ridgmar Mall redevelopment:











One thing that jumps out is the amount of surface lot still available. Something tells me that if this goes through, it'll be a first of multiple phases.

We'll see what happens, because God knows that dying mall needs it...

There's also another hotel proposed on Block B

This development needs a larger residential component to it. Still seems to be a lot of unused land.
