Can anyone tell me why the house's in Tour 18 are not selling . We love the area but thought we might be missing something . Thanks !

It's far from everything outside of FM.

But I'm sure it'll pick up as time progresses. Seems like an Ashton Woods new construction subdivision will be coming up nearby just as a testament that things around it are probably going to pick up.

I noticed the HOA dues are $1800 a year, and also the taxes (like other places) seem high. Don't know if that's a factor or not.

The houses are selling. The ones that haven't are with the same realtor. Coincidence? I don't know. Great school district and great area.

That's a pretty area-I think some people think it's too rural-I personally love that area of FM-I don't live there-I live across the lake but it was on our list when we were looking-we went with shorter commute for us otherwise we would have purchased there....
