I'm looking for a condo/property rental checking in on Mar. 12 and out on Mar. 17th. This will be for my husband, my 18 year old daughter and myself. We are responsible, neat, and will respect and care for your property. We are nonsmokers and the condo must not have been smoked in. We are coming to the area in search of our future home and would like a clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay. We are looking for a place that is listed with a real estate or leasing company rather than through a private individual.
General area of Fort Myers/Estero
Weekly lease amount of not over $500
Safe area
Relatively newer property
No Smoking and No Pet Condo/Property
Must have kitchen and washer and dryer with everything in working order
Clean fresh linens and towels
Must be super clean and in excellent condition
Beach view is very desirable
Close beach proximity
We absolutely do not want a rental anywhere near Spring Break kids
A community pool, preferably heated
Wifi

I rent on FMB. a one bed with kitchen is about 800 /week. built in 1970's. this is one of the cheapest ones i have found. good luck on your search. you may want to look into the cape coral area, alot of newer homes and cheaper rent, about 30-45 min to FMB
