Pretty self explanatory. I have very strong opinions on the law and wonder what others' thoughts are.

The FC government thread got me thinking about if I had any problems with FC government. The only one I could think of was this law.

I think it's ridiculous that there is a law regarding the relationships of people who share a house, but I think this type of law is pretty common in college towns. Basically, the people who are for the law seem to be homeowners who would like to have a way to evict troublesome neighbors who are not related. Well who wouldn't want to be able to kick bad neighbors off of their street? But of course you have no such power over bad neighbors who are related. It's unfortunate that the homeowners who support the law are willing to adopt an ends justify the means measure of this sort rather then simply increasing enforcement of existing nuisance ordinances. I suspect that they never can see themselves living in a non-related household at this point of their lives and so conveniently overlook that this law governs the relationships of people who live together.
