Grilled chicken thigh Sammies. Marinated in herb and garlic marinade and seasoned with Dan-O's original. Grilled hot and fast on gas. Served on toasted bread with onion, lettuce, bacon, and pesto. Corn on cob.
Pan fried chicken cutlets and fried rice which I will make with cooked jasmine rice, onions, garlic. I might add peas and carrots, and soy sauce.
