I swear, you must be in witness protection.....

I was curious if you make the same type of lassi each time? Do you use full fat or low fat? and which are your favorite variations?

I make lassi from 2% milk and sometimes from homogenized milk ( 3.25%). I always fill a jug half full with homemade yogurt and half full with water and whisk it until smooth. Usually we drink it plain but I did put some fresh roasted cumin in as well. We prefer it plain.

Jealous! I am on new hobby restriction (self-imposed), so I am waiting to buy cultures for yogurt and cheese making for a few years. We have 2 years until we move and I want to use down, get rid off, and all that.

Tonight we are having (because I've been freezing at the office all week!); braised short ribs and bacon chili, cheese biscuits, avocado/cuke/tomato/red onion salad, 2 bottles of Malbec and iced oatmeal cookies for dessert.
