Take out Chinese. Probably just a pu-pu platter because sometimes you just have to go full on unhealthy!

This unseasonable salad (it was what we had yesterday too):

*Baby spinach
*Arugula
*Red onion
*Strawberries
*Goat cheese
*Grilled chicken breast
*Raspberry vinaigrette
*Baguette w/fresh homemade butter or goat cheese and black pepper

The raspberry vinaigrette is excellent and I highly recommend it with a fruity salad like this.

Dessert is probably cheesecake.

Something else tomorrow for dinner.

Chicken divan using leftover broccoli and cauliflower from last night's veggie platter. Rice pilaf, and Hawaiian rolls. This is my eldest daughters favorite meal and I thought it would be nice to make for New Year's dinner. For dessert leftover dark chocolate peanut butter cupcakes.

I had pancakes with bacon and 2 scrambled eggs from the diner. DH had a cheeseburger on a toasted English muffin with a slice of ham on top and some French fries on the side.
