I bought some homemade alfredo sauce from a local Italian market and I making ziti Rigate with it and some broccoli. They have hot food and I saw they had fried catfish which my DH loves and has not had in ages so I bought a few fillets for him. I also bought a nice fresh store baked Italian bread (no seeds).
Love catfish! Tried to rep you but too soon they say. I'm going to try and get some Oklahoma catfish this week👍

Also added on the tray sliced red/yellow/green peppers and thinly sliced red /or sweet Vidalia onion thinly sliced mixed in leftover above spices. Baked in the oven at 400 F until chicken is ready ( about 35 minutes)Lastly sprinkle cheddar cheese over the chicken breast and leave in the oven for a few minutes til melted.
Thinking to serve it with naan and rice and a mixed garden salad.
Hi everybody. I've returned from Peru (yet again) from a lengthy business trip and I'm still recovering from jet lag. Tonight we're having linguine with clam sauce (more of a clam juice/butter/chicken broth roux) and I'm also throwing in some scallops, and crab that I had in the freezer, a loaf of garlic bread and fresh spinach. I don't think I will be making any desserts until the weekend.
