Tonight we're having French onion pork meatballs and gravy over Parmesan garlic noodles, with green peas and carrots and a pecan pie for dessert.

Tonight's menu is now in the crockpot...Lamb Stew (Lamb Shoulder, Fennel, Onion, Carrots and Mushrooms with red wine/vegetable stock) served over Creamy Polenta (w/melted Gruyere Cheese in it) and a mixed green salad.

I overdosed on pizza during the Oscars last night (and this morning) so trying to keep it healthy tonight.
Grilled salmon with lots of steamed broccoli and some smashed red potatoes & spinach.

We have a little bit of this seafood left and a bit on a couple others: I will combine them, make a white sauce and serve over pasta. Of course I will do a typical green salad as well.

I'm making a chopped BLT salad, probably with a piece of chicken or fish on the side for protein. Since I have kalamata olives and feta cheese, I might just Greekify it.

I am leaning towards cheese omelets with eggo waffles and maple syrup but DH isn't sure. MIL had Hip replacement Friday and we have been eating a lot of takeout which I don't want to eat much of.

Baked chicken breast seasoned with 3 partial packets of stuff from the cupboard mixed together. Hope they taste good together.
