I haven't eaten spring rolls in ages. Your post makes me want to eat some. I made some using ingredients I already have a home such as spinach, cucumber/pickle, avocados, and egg. Had to buy some ingredients like mint, chive, and sample meats I saw at the membership club. I did not use vermicelli as a filling to keep the carb low. The great thing about making food at home is you make your own rules.
The ingredients:
Made two kind:1. vegan, avocado and air fried tofu; 2. Keto, meat and egg. Each rice paper has 11g of carb. Unless you are a keto purist, that's low carb. Dipping cause is made with powdered PB, lime juice, water, soy sauce, and black pepper.

But may eat before I go .. she’s making a chicken dish … and usually drowns it with curry
And oddly oregano… you can smell it once you get out of the car ..
I’ll be polite and try not complain
( also thinking of picking up a tub of kfc for a hostess gift)
