Wasn’t sure what to make today, but after scrounging around in the fridge and pantry, I decided to steam and flake a couple of salmon fillets along with some asparagus, tossing them both in a pot of pasta with dill and lemon cream sauce. It must have hit the spot because we ate every last bit of it.
