Heading out to a Mother's Day buffet where I'll eat waaaay too much.

Taking Mom out for Mother's Day lunch at a high end Chinese restaurant.

We bought vegetable samosa with tamarind sauce and had chai tea

Kale and white bean soup and a quesadilla.

Leftover beef brisket, leftover mixed broiled/cooked vegetables, a braided bread roll and a glass of water.

I'm going to my favorite Indian restaurant for the buffet, so I'll try whatever looks good. Vegetable Samosas are a guarantee though.

A large sandwich made with chunk light tuna mixed with low fat mayonnaise, slices of dill pickle & whole grain/wheat bread, 2 small mushroom burekas and a glass of water.
