Well, I thought I was having Chicken lettuce wraps.....Imagine my surprise when I opened my lunch bag to find no chicken.... hmmm mock salad I guess. hopefully the chicken is still in the fridge - not on the cabinet.... glad I brought an extra snack today
Ramen is great for soups: ginger slices, bok choy, yellow onion, garlic, green bean, broccoli stems, crimini mushroom, basil, purple cabbage and carrots. Topped with slices of Chinese-style barbecue pork, green onion, cilantro and slivers of Serrano pepper.
I'd say that I got all the vitamins and minerals for the day.
