Yesterday I got the Veggie sandwich at Panera bread & I was not impressed. Just salad ( mostly lettuce) on bread. Won't get it again. Today I had a Costco hotdog.

Sliced tomato, red onion, and avocado, along with alfalfa sprouts, provolone cheese and mayo on a toasted English muffin. Also a big glass of water!
