I made a throw together pot of veggie soup. Chicken broth, a package of cole slaw mix, frozen chopped broccoli and spinach, canned carrots, red beans, green beans and plenty of seasonings. My hubs who isn't a big veggie fan loves it. Heat up an couple of french rolls and we've got lunch for a few days.
