Domino's, (DPZ) the pizza-delivery kingpin, on Wednesday will unveil a technology, Pizza Tracker, that lets customers literally track their pizza from the moment they place the order until it leaves the store en route to them. What's more, Domino's vows that its online tracking system — for phone or online orders — is accurate to within 40 seconds.
Oh my gosh.....that's funny! You would think the pizza is some family treasure being shipped through UPS or something.
Americans....gotta get their food as quick as possible!! I imagine pizza delivery will be a nightmare on Sunday. I'd do Papa Murphy's or something and make it myself
News, Web customers net 11,000 free Domino's pizzas.
CINCINNATI - The Domino's pizza chain has given away nearly 11,000 free pizzas because of a never-used promotion that a Web customer stumbled upon. Tim McIntyre, spokesman for Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Domino's, said Wednesday that the company had prepared an Internet coupon for an ad campaign that was considered in December but never activated.
Aww... they changed the video from when it was released this morning. They removed all but a snippet of the original vid, including all of the part with the young woman's face, blocked out the guy's face and removed most of the more "graphic" performance The even cleaned up the story text. Funny, but when I just looked at the newly edited vid, it was preceded by an ad for Subway sandwiches
