Pork fried rice...Gen. Tso's chicken...Mongolian beef...all the Chinese restaurants around here are now buffets, and the food is not as good. The Asian people run the place, but now Hispanics do the cooking.

I thought Mongolian beef was Mongolian, not Chinese. I like all kinds of food, including Chinese. I'm not really sure about buffets, though. Usually greasy food that's been sitting out all day. I prefer made-to-order food.
Chinese food is the only food I actually do not like. I have had it all over the world including Hong Kong and I just don't like it. I will eat if we go out with friends or at a social event but I just do not get any pleasure out of it. I love Cambodian and Vietnamese food, Thai and Laotian food and Korean food but Chinese food just does not do it for me. I don't know why. It always seems quite glutinous and the meat always seems to be really chewy. I realise this will shock many people who adore it but to me, it is just fuel not pleasure. I have tried so many different regional specialities but still nothing...
I like real Chinese food...which, other than egg rolls, doesn't seem to exist in the list above. :P
I strongly disagree with you.
My uncle's best friend is Chinese and owns a Chinese Restaurant. You can find many of these dishes in his home and on his menu.
He's spoiled me for many restaurants tho.....
