I was in my local Circle K/Shell this morning and they have the tubes of Chick-o-sticks and they are the exact same ones we grew up with. You might check out your local Circle K!

Schlitz Beer is now available here in south Texas, made at the Pabst brewery in San Antonio. It's in the cheap price range, (with Milwaukee Best) but it is very very good, the only beer I ever buy. Here, it costs 6.99 a dozen, compared to 8.49 for much inferior CooBudIllers.

PDQ drink mix? It tasted like eggnog and came in freeze-dried crystals (that I used to eat out of the jar, much to my mothers disgust..).

Original Tang (I know it's only been a year or so since they discontinued it, but I REALLY miss it..)

We used to always eat those when we visited my grandma! That was a special treat! Also, FiddleFaddle - can you still get that? It's kind of like Poppycock.....

I remember seeing both Hires root beer and J.T.S. Brown whiskey in San Antonio. You cannot get either of those in California.

Do you have a Baker's Drive-Thru near you? They feature their version of the Bell Burger, called the Tacoburger. It's quite delicious.

Lawry's made a Carne Asada spice mix that went great with grilled flank steak that they discontinued a few years ago (used up my last packet last summer).

Milkshake candy bars(malted chocolate). A local mom and pop sold them frozen.

Fast food- I really miss Taco Bell Burgers. Taco Time sells a version, but not as good.

Taco Bell sold real hamburgers? Or are you talking about those sloppy joe things they used to sell? I had a roommate that just couldn't get enough of those sloppy joes.
