Happy Wednesday! Haven't really been cooking much since last week, and no cooking again tonight because I am working. I took ribs out of the freezer for tomorrow, can't wait to eat them. Tonight when I get home will probably be a bowl of cereal with bananas.

I thawed some 'burgers. We're both rather tired today, so it's going to be a very quick, easy dinner tonight. burgers, Kettle chips (sorry - no S&V), the last of the home made beans and ice cream.
For those that have inquired, Cincinnati chili 5 ways means Cin. chili meat (which I make using the Skyline chili spice mix), atop spaghetti and then topped with diced onion, loads of shredded cheddar, and kidney beans. Good, tasty comfort food!
Tomorrow I am thinking of sausage, cheese, and tomato stuffed zucchini. Found a good-looking recipe on allrecipes.com
57 degrees? How nice! It's 85 here but a breeze so it's nice too. Hubby is doing his 6 hour lawn mowing (and that's on a ride on mower)! Surely he'll be tired tonight...and I was thinking about trying a new restaurant in town...sigh...probably not tonight. Think I'll make some lasagna and garlic toast. Of course the usual side-kicks--fresh sliced tomatoes and cucumbers. To hot to really think about cooking anything to involved. Pasta is always simple!
I have a really beautiful, thick sirloin steak.....That and rice and sliced tomatoes on lettuce.....that should do it. DP is out playing tennis and won't be home till around 8; we'll eat after he showers and gets comfortable.
