Yes I did...they turned out good. Had some wet fries ( french fries with gravy, my favorite) and some green beans with it. Geeze, it's still so light out and dinner is all done and over--kitchen clean--guess I'll go out in the yard and start taking out some bulbs we want to move. This time change is sure going to take a bit of time to get use to!! I'm so use to relaxing after dinner but can't cause it's still to light!! Oh my!!

Real easy chicken and dumplings--- One pound chicken breast boiled until done (skin on or off, which ever you prefer). If you use skin on and bone in you may want to buy about three pounds. The broth from boiling can be reduded and used in soup stock or can be thrown out, I reduce and use it. In a large pot put cooked chicken ( deboned and skinned) with one pound of frozen mixed veggies (which ever kind you prefer, I use green beans, peas, carrots, and corn), chicken stock, 4 to 6 cups of Swanson chicken broth and bring to a boil. Use Biscuick recipe for dumplings and place on top of soup mixture. Do not over lap dumplings, they float and you want them all on top. Cook uncovered ten minutes on medium low then covered ten to fifteen minutes until done!!! Add salt and pepper to taste. The dumplings will thicken the soup so depending on if you like it thick or thin will determine how much broth you use. Wonderful!!!!
