Not everyone here is an accomplished cook....we all share our successes and our best efforts that didnt quite make it ..... no one should ever feel that they are going to be criticized because they are learning....that could lead to "giving up" entirely.
Sorry if I came across like that.. I never ment to say something that would upset someone.. I was just jokeing around.. And my wife takes alot of my jokes.. And she gives them right back when it comes to me cleaning the house.. I do enjoy this thread, seems everyone one here is great... If I get out of line just let me know and I'll move onto another CD forum.. I dont want to come into the group and make everyone mad im here..

I took it that you were joking. Just use those little smilie things like I do because computers don't show expressions or tone of voice. Still say you better pick up one of those grabber things too.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who comes from a family that can cook a "mean hockey puck", lol. Actually my mother was a really good cook just not Pork Chops.

John- Stay with us. You like to cook and this is the place to be. I live and love my NY Italian husband. I have learned to give as good as I get if I have to. Otherwise I am very sweet, lol.
