My homemade soft pretzels are cooking at the moment. =) There are about 14 on the cookie sheet, most have parmesan, some garlic salt, some coarse salt, some a mix of the above.
Anybody whos made these before have some recommendations for toppings next time???
I like to get pretzels at the mall with sesame seeds (since I don't bake). YUMMY!

Don't know how much I will be on in the next couple of days. My 3 year got his finger caught in the door last night and we were with him in the er/or all last night. Prognosis is good and hopefully he will keep his little finger. But I don't think the pain killers have totally wore off and who knows what the next few days will bring. Keep him in your thoughts and me as well. (extremely wore out)
Next few days I will be making easy to prepare stuff like mac and cheese etc...
