I'd cook them in a skillet and top them with brown gravy. In short, make salisbury steak.

Sounds good to me.. some mashed potatos on the side.. mmmm.

I think they'd fall apart if you tried to give them chicken fried steak treatment.

Yep, do you think I should dredge them in flour first then cook in oil?

I believe so, it's kind of a cross between a bar cookie and a brownie and has different layers.

Crazy day.... went running around like a crazy person looking for the perfect dress.... Have a wedding to go to on Saturday.... found a real flirty red one I am so psyched about! And awesome shoes..... now I am forced to not nibble one single kettle chip from here to there.... dratz! But boy do I look amazing in it! Not to toot my own horn....LOL The punishment is the lack of chips though... and boy have I been bad with those lately......

Tonight is Turkey Meat Loaf, sweet potato fries, BROCCOLI, and corn...... the kids will most likely eat it without a fight.... Karate night so the fingers are crossed that is true....need dinner to go off w/o a hitch to get there on time tonight!!!!!

Talk to you all later- must get the diva off the bus.......

Was looking at older recipes (things I remember from my youth) and I found this one from back in the 1950's. I loved it. This was for a crowd! Like youth group supper or a big get together!

JOHN MAZETTI

1 1/2 lb. lean pork (or beef) ground, 6 large onions (sliced fine), 2 pkgs. broad, flat noodles, 1 lb. yellow cheese, 1 bunch celery (diced), 2 green peppers (diced), 3 cans tomato soup (not diluted), 1 can large mushrooms, juice of 1/2 lemon, salt, pepper and paprika.
Fry pork and onions till brown, while noodles are boiling. Heat tomato soup, add all ingredients. Put in baking dish and bake slowly at 350 degrees for two hours. Cheese melts all through it. Serve with a tossed salad.
