swiss steak for starters, or with onions and green peppers any way you might use a "sandwich steak" I cut them sometimes for curry they are handy cook quickly tender and good!

Love chicken cordon bleu and haven't made it in awhile-there's another to add to the list. Everything today sounds so good.
We're having pork chops, scalloped potatoes, snap peas and biscuits.

Tonight's Valentine's Day menu: Eye of round, rice pilaf, roast carrots with dill, tossed greens, carrot cake. Wine for me, sparking cider for himself.
