Love chicken cordon bleu and haven't made it in awhile-there's another to add to the list. Everything today sounds so good.
We're having pork chops, scalloped potatoes, snap peas and biscuits.
Happy Valentine's Day all-and remember today chocolate has NO calories.

Happy anniversary, Daytripper!

Tonight's Valentine's Day menu: Eye of round, rice pilaf, roast carrots with dill, tossed greens, carrot cake. Wine for me, sparking cider for himself.
