I've never tried focaccia. It's not usually sold at the pizzareia but can be bought at the supermarkets in the refridgerated bakery area.

Looks really good. I also enjoy the fresh mozzerella cheese salad with a vinegerette.

Gosh, that pasta looks so good.
minniemouse, we want to visit Milan, we would like to visit where our grandparents were born. Hopefully, we will get there within 5 years.

I am baking jumbo shrimp with Italian breadcrumbs and spices, baked potatoes and corn.
