I tried some Louisiana Delta Paul Prudhomme rice and it was wonderful, great smoky peppery flavor.
I don't want to have to buy expensive rice boxes to recreate that taste. I noticed there was molasses in it, and obviously pepper, but what else is common to Louisiana cooking to give it that flavor? It wasn't spicy either.
