I have favorite foods, we all do. One of my all time favortites and one that I don't buy often is Snyders honey mustard and onion pretzel pieces. I bought them yesterday, ate half of the bag yesterday and the other half today. I am not proud of this but I had to give in to my craving. The last time i bought these was 2 months ago. I cannot have these in the house, Chips, cookies, cheese doodles could sit in my cupboard for weeks and I would not eat them but these pretzels are like crack, I can't just have a few.
Donuts, as in those little cinnamon and powdered sugar kinds. I allow them "in" only a few times a year. Most foods I can eat in moderation and feel totally satisfied, but somehow with those mini donuts ... I could easily eat a dozen at a time (they're little, right?) -- not good!
It really depends. I can generally resist just about anything, but if I don't get in bed soon after I take my Ambien, I will raid the cabinets and finish off any yummy thing I could have otherwise saved for the next day.
Oh, dear. Too many to mention. I have put away half gallons of ice cream, whole packages of cookies. Peanut butter (I can eat a whole jar in one day). I once ate a whole bag of baking morsels because I couldn't find anything sweet in the house.
Edit: Strangely, I am not fat, but even with an overactive thyroid (I'm on meds) and 1 1/2 hours of exercise a day, I'm still batltling that stubborn extra 10 pounds.
Ice Cream-Peanut Butter and Chocolate..I'll eat the entire pint in one sitting...
