I was curious with the market so depressed, what is the average price of homes that are selling? How long do they sit on the market and how much are they getting compaired to what they are asking?

I am hearing prices are down 9% from last year.

Just curious to see what is moving here.

Just had the house across the street from me sell for $735K. He was asking $999K two years ago, but he got probably $50K more than he paid for it in 2004.

We sold our house in 2 weeks. Sold it for 435K, bought it for 445K.

We purchased a home 10 miles away for 575K, it was down from 875K.
