I'm going to assume Fort Meade since it's 23.79 miles south of Lakeland.

I knowww I live in Miami and 30 degrees is freezing cold for us, also because there are usually windchills 15-20 degrees colder and 75% humidity! yet i go to Gatlinburg, TN and the high was 63 and the low was 38 and I was like, oh that's pretty cold so i put on a sweater and I walked outside and when the high reached 67, it felt like how 80 feels here in Miami. And on an average winter day when the high is 74 and the low is 53 it still feels pretty chilly. One time i went to Tallahassee for 8 days and i froze my ass off! hi/lo: day 1: 59/27, day 2: 50/29, day 3: 44/21, day 4: 39/22, day 5: 44/19, day 6: 52/15, day 7: 55/43, and day 8: 57/28. The next year i went to Vermont and it felt a bit chilly and here were the 5 days: hi/lo : day 1: 41/23, day 2: 39/18, day 3: 33/15 day 4: 41/19 day 5: 46/25. Weird huh?
