Please understand, though this can be seen as a good thing, it can also lead to becoming another Altamonte or Kissimmee (overpacked, terrible traffic).

The flood gates are already open. Services are already stretched in that part of the county both north and south of I-4.

I wonder if Ian will cool off growth in FL? Probably not. May just open land for higher density development.
