Hello guys.
My wife just got back from Florida visiting family. we live in Albany NY
And she took at a store an Apartment guide covering the Indian River, Breveard, Volusia and Flagler Counties.
We are really looking at finging something close to the zipcode 32907.
Can you guys give us any advise or referrals. And also can you tell us according to what you know or have heard, where to stay away from between those places?
Anything will be verymuch appreciated.

We just purchased in palm bay! We had weeks to check things out (on our own) and choose 'lockmar estates' in palm bay. It is not a gated community, within miles of everything, and a very safe and lovely well kept area! It seems with the danger of the 'space coast' layoffs ceasing because of 'nasa's' redirestion going private, I feel house prices are about to turn! Which means now is a good time to buy!
