It is not yet 7AM, the temp is 79 degrees with an 87% relative humidity with a feels like 87 so it is pretty hot and muggy here on the central east coast of Florida before the sun comes up, some days.

It was much easier to take the heat and humidity when I was younger. As I have gotten into my 60s it seems hotter. In my 40s I ran a summer camp and was outside for 8-10 hours everyday, I could never do that now in the summer. By the time I was 50, I started getting headaches after being out in the heat for 6 hours unless I was at the beach or in the pool with the kids. I think a lot of times the meds we take as we get older makes the heat and humidity worse. I know the one I take has a warning against being out in the sun and heat.
