I gots me a brand new, doublewide! Its a 2008, The Elvis Classic Edition, of the Bubbas Dream Mobile Home!!!!!!

Them trucker fellers hauled it down frum Georgia on Friday. Lordy! That musta been a sight, them Bubba’s Dreams hauling down the interstate!

They pulled right up to my place dropped it off an the set up crew took over.

The set up crew waitin fer the trailers to arrive:

The truckers checkin out the home site:

They decided to use the big Deere to set em. It’s a hoss!

Settin the furst half of the double wide:

The set up crew musta been Muslims. Theys a prayin to Mecca in this picture:

Shore glad it wuzunt hot that day:

The doublewide before they married the two halfs. Had Cuzin Lonnie, who beeze a preacher at The Furst Church of the John Deere 650, do the honors when the two halfs were maited.

Good fer the Feng Shoe too they say.

Tyin down the other half of the Bubbas Dream.

]

Set up crew’s truck. Quite a rig. Aint seen nothing like that since that Road Warrior Movie.

The double wide is set up and tied down. Skirtin comes later.

If this last picture aint Florida, I don’t know wut is!

I am sendin a copy of this picture to the Guvnor to put it on the State Seal. Its more representin of Florida than sum Seminole wif a basket!

A doublewide, a palm tree, and the Florida sky. If that aint Florida, I aint ever seen it.

Aint got no drive way yet.

It is 1300 feet across a hilltop. pasture frum the homesite to the blacktop. The sod is rite healthy and thick so it supports the big trucks no problem. It would take at least 10 inches of rain on that hill top for me to have problems with access.

Durn county is gonna require me to pour a concrete pad were the diveway meets the blacktop tho. It is gonna be 3 inspections and a hundered dollars fer the inspecitin fees, not countin the cost of the ceement!

Grrrrr! Durn County is worse than the Mafia these days

The home site is atop a high hill,. wif a 180 degree lookin down on lower pasture. I am trimming back some of the trees to increase the view. When the front porch is added on, I'm gonna sit in my glider drinking a beer and watching the turkeys and deer mingle wif the cows down below.

Here is part of the view of that lower pasture that I am opening up by trimming off some limbs;
