I just got an approved contract on a townhouse in St Augustine. I need to have my inspections completed this week. My real estate agent's office recommended homepro inspections and ameripro. Has anyone used these companies? I am also wondering how valuable the infrared service is. The townhouse is 1525 SF and was built in 2006 by KB homes, so I am also concerned about the possible use of Chinese drywall. Thanks to all who reply !!!
