I think a sub-forum would help, because alot of posts say things like....Selling a home in Florida.... that are pretty general, and to me, there is a pretty big contrast in the culture and lifestyles in the 4 major markets of Florida. I would like to jump to a forum for a Metro area during my limited web time. I tell people that I am moving to "Jacksonville", and not just to "Florida" (of course, Jax is in Southern GA haha).

Considering the differences between South Fla and NE Fla seperate sub-forums might be a good idea. I know our housing insurance and housing are allot less than in areas in the south Fla.

I think you'd do better to start sub-forums for large cities, medium suburban areas and rural towns. That's the way many questions seem to be formed.

The 4 sub forums listed in the poll and the SW sub-forums for Florida will work out nice. I was gone for a few days and lots of new threads got started. I'm only interested in certain areas of Florida.

Yes,this will help out alot. Tampa should be Tampa Bay which would include outlying areas.
