This is the most up to date an accurate website you can use: Florida Homes for Sale direct from MLS

All other 3rd party websites pull from that website and some have data that's weeks, months or even years out of date. The above is the public access website to the MLS.

Not a bad site, but seems to be for Central Florida only.

Try realtor.com

I believe he's looking in that area. The problem again with Realtor.com is the out dated info. I can change a listing to pending and sometimes Realtor.com doesn't pick it up for over a month.

Central Florida is our focus. Northwest of Orlando.

Where we live now we use fmrealty.com. The site is excellent for setting parameters including which exact neighborhood.

Looks like a good website. That website would be pulling all their data from the website that I listed. I'm just not sure how often the website that you listed pull info from the MLS.

I did find a website that gave me some good choices. It's nice to see there are some very affordable homes in The Villages.

I used to think so too until I needed a listings search feed for my website and I researched into it further. The only listings that display on this site are only those from the 15 member associations. If you do a search on this site today for Palm Harbor, the site returns 79 choices when in fact that number is closer to 1,200. Suncoast MLS aka Pinellas County is not an association member of My Florida Regional. This makes a huge difference to those of us working and living in the Tampa Bay Region. After analysis paralysis, I finally found a feed that will display all the listings within my area, but for my customers, I pay royally for it.

IMHO, Realtor.com even with its shortcomings is still the best public real estate search site on the internet.
