I am so unphotogenic that any and every picture of me looks terrible. A few weeks ago I participated in a Chili Cookoff and low and behold I was on the front page of the local paper-I was even standing next to a mirror, so my image was in the picture twice!
If I was really as ugly as my pictures, I know children would run and people would recoil, so I'm pretty sure I'm not as bad in person.
I wouldn't set foot in public without trying to look good. If I'm having a day when I don't feel like making the effort, then I stay home.
I go out all the time without makeup and fine threads, but I'm always clean and color coordinated.
Same. But I wouldn't like people taking pictures.

Me too! Even on my worst day I would wash my face and wear clothes that fit and covered up all my parts.
I guess if I'd just mowed the yard or come in from running or something and had to run to the store I'd look really sweaty and awful. Even then I'd probably throw on a clean t-shirt.
My husband has taken my picture while I was running...not really a big deal to most, except I sweat like there's no tomorrow and my face turns beet red...not a pretty site at all...I've made him delete those pics!
I was thinking about this today as I saw the thread with another "people of walmart"
Say you were out on a bag lady or lad day....
And you caught some numb nuts snapping your picture....
What would you do?
And
Has this ever happened to you skaggy day or not?
I went to WalMart the other morning real early because I was out of laundry detergent. If ANYONE had taken my picture....I would've went out in the parking lot, cranked up the car, walked in back of it and ran over myself.
Even in my worst clothing, I come nowhere close to the level of tackiness and/or nastiness that the People Of Walmart site glorifies. Even during my 3am 'walk of shame' to the Wal-Mart hair dye aisle, I was wearing a decent hat to cover up my bright orange hair.
I try not to look tacky or 'skaggy' but yea, if someone caught me on an off-day, I'd be upset.
