Hubby wears regular ties, but I do the purchasing (at DH's expense. )

I find myself primarily buying Hermes & Ferragamo for their quirky designs, Brioni for their silk solids, and Kiton & Canali for classic patterns with unique colors.

Regular ties. Usually a half-windsor or double simple knot, but a four-in-hand when I'm in a rush.

And I do have to say 'TheImportersWife' your taste is very nice. It makes you even more attractive than your pic.

Have you thought about designing a few ties for him?

I'm primarily a Robert Talbott man, but I also wear Ike Behar, XMI and Canali. My all-time favorite tie is an Armani tie I purchased in 1995.

My son, who just turned 17, has a gorgeous collection of ties, and he wears them all.

I have wore Bolo ties for over 40 years. Not the guady junk seen on tourists or wannabe cowboys in the southwest or south. But expensive tasteful ones

My hubby doesn't wear a tie. And I don't think I've ever seen anyone wearing a bow-tie.
