I have already seen a few people walking around with a face mask to protect them from the spread of swine flu. It was ugly and not very fashionable. It did not match their shoes.

I wonder if anyone is already working on a fashionable and attractive swine flu mask. It seems like a money maker to me!

I saw a guy in Mexico with a big old handlebar moustache painted on his mask..pretty funny.
Seriously, it's all media hype at this point.

^^^ Bedazzle them.

Or how about some markers and draw a design on them ala Ed Hardy. Maybe Juicy Couture will come out with some. Put them out in all kinds of designer colors. Make a couple of flesh tone ones w/ painted on lips. This could be fun.

I'm competing this weekend at Emerald Ball (Los Angeles). I'm thinking I should wear a mask with each of my outfits. I'll need to heavily stone my masks in Swarovski's so they look good with my costumes!

I've seen fashionable "surgical" masks before. Mostly in Japan and Asia though! I have no idea where to get them around here.
