Okay, I am old, but everyone tells me I look young and beautiful and I get compliments on my skin. I also have women friends who look young and beautiful and I asked for their tips. I personally think this is our revenge because most of my friends were nerdy when we were younger. I guess we're still nerds, but we're better looking now
I say:
1. Sleep - Get lots of sleep. Naps, sleeping in whatever it's good for your skin. Try to get lots of sleep.
2. Cleanser - Spend money on a good cleanser. I like Shiseido. Clean your skin every night before sleeping at least.
3. MOISTURIZE - I recommend slathering your face with vitamin E (pure and good quality brand) at night for a few night's a month. No matter what, ALWAYS use a good quality, hypoallergenic moisturizer. Clinique and Shiseido are my preferences. Some people may say oil on your face can cause zits but I would rather have a pimple than a wrinkle. Moisturize during the day, too.
4. Sunglasses - I refuse to squint for any reason, and you should, too. Get big, good quality sunglasses and wear them all the time if you are outdoors. Stop those crow's feet in their tracks by not squinting.
5. Relax your Face - I read the book "Principal Secret" many years ago before Victoria started her product line. One of her tips was to stop making faces. She's so right. Try to notice when you're smiling or frowning or making faces to excess. Stop doing that and try to keep a serene look on your face. You will look beautiful much longer.
Always make sure your hands are clean before you do your beauty routine, and try to keep your products hygenic by only touching them after you have washed your hands.
But remember, wrinkles are not the end of the world, either. Good luck in your quest to look lovely. (no spell check)
