Purple or eggplant. I have an olive complexion so that looks the best.
Man...I LOVE eggplant color. To me, it's the sophisticated version of purple. :-) I used to have an eggplant colored dress, and I always felt like a million dollars in it, and always got a ton of compliments.
I read something once, a long time ago, that there are certain colors that work universally, for everyone. True red is one I remember, and the other one I remembered was navy blue, and pink.
I find orange and green make most people looking slightly sick.
I am also pretty pale and find red is a good contrast.
Lmao. I just bought a forest green dress to wear to a wedding. I think the color looks good on me!
But I could never wear coral. I bought a coral blouse once because it matched one of the colors in a skirt with a black backround, but when I wore it, I looked pasty and it brought out every mark on my face.
A friend wears it all the time and she looks fine, (but she calls it Karl, lol.)

Long ago in a galaxy far away, I had a big wedding, and I chose red lace for the five bridesmaids' dresses. They looked good on everybody.
The color you think looks best on you. That would be interesting to compare with an earlier, most-often-worn poll by someone else. Also, men, please chime in, because I have no idea how many guys believe a specific color is best on them.
Black & red. Black because it make you thinner and red because I love the color.
