Sure, but again, you run the risk of "fixing" it right into the trash.

I don't have a problem with that. I'd rather get crafty and maybe get something I like than just get rid of a garment.

It doesn't always go well, though.
For instance, my cute gray jeans printed with roses faded in streaks. I used color remover, which turned them an orangey tan. I dyed them blue, but they were just ugly. I don't remember if they were good enough for goodwill or if they just went in the trash. It was worth a shot.

You know...that's kind of my attitude about most creative endeavors. I might very well mess it up, but if nothing else, it's a learning experience. LOL

A few years ago, I worked on a craft project using Unicorn Spit. Everything went exactly right...except I didn't like the finished project. lol

my advice:
get a different shirt
not worth the bother, trouble, and effort to mess with it

LOL. That's the difference between DIYers and shoppers.

Not really. I love DIY, but I'll give it a pass if it has a high unlikelihood of not working out (thus costing me extra money and time, on top of what I just spent on the modification, to replace the thing anyway-- not to mention the disappointment) or ruining the thing I'm trying to DIY (I'm not fond of waste).

Wash it with some brand new bright red, bright blue, and bright orange cotton clothes on hot.

Voila! Everything comes out a muddy brown!
