Minimum? I have Manolos that are 20+ years old. I'm not getting rid of them because of an arbitrary number of things I'm supposed to have.
I also buy Ancient Greek Sandals. They last for YEARS. I've got handbags well over 20 years including some of my grandmother's Hermes bags from the 1960s and 1970s.
Zero. "Fashion" doesn't dictate what I wear. If I decide I like something that's fashionable, fine. I don't wear things that don't suit me or aren't comfortable. If it is something I know I'll wear a lot, I'll probably own more than one of it.
