OP you might want to try Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap. It's very pure and versatile. Not great as a shampoo but ideal for someone wanting the "squeaky clean" feel.

Ivory bar soap is ideal for people with skin allergies, or autoimmune issues that cause problems (rashes, irritation from perfumes.)
