I was wondering, in fashion, do you prefer yellow-based shades of pink or do you prefer blue-based shades of pink?

Since my favorite shade of pink is Fairy Tale, I would go for the blue-based shades.

this is going to depend on a lot of things.

I tend to prefer yellow-based, but im thinking more in terms of interior design than clothing.

For clothing and makeup etc. it's going to depend on your skin color and the other items you are coordinating with. Same goes for interior design or art though - it's going to come down to the overall color palette.

Blue based is the only way to go with my skin tone.

I look best, by far, in yellow based pinks, if I must wear pink.

My mother put pink on me when I was a kid, and I’ve never liked wearing it since.

But I admit that a very pale pink, or a peachy pink are good colors for pale old me.

Yellow based for me - coral or peach pink.

I like some shades of each.
Coral, yes. Salmon, no.
Orchid, yes. Magenta, no.

I prefer warmer pinks because they look best on me, although I rarely wear any shade of pink.

To be honest, I've never really considered whether the pink I'm wearing is yellow based or blue base. Either I like the color or I don't.
