I am pretty sure everyone has a favorite brand of clothing overall, however, I would like to know what is your favorite brand specifically for polo shirts.
I personally am an IZOD fan. I find them to be great quality without being too expensive. While most of my IZOD shirts are in my signature color, I also have some in other colors as well. This year I bought their Advantage Polo in six colors (Cradle Pink, Absinthe Green, Blue Radiance, Tea Rose, Real Red, and most recently Dusted Peri). The Advantage Polo is one of the best polo shirts they have come out with in recent years.
I personally am not a fan of shirts sold at Walmart or Target other than T-shirts, however, I don't like to break the bank on high-end designer brands such as Polo Ralph Lauren or Lacoste. Furthermore, Ralph Lauren's standard XXL size runs a bit small on me, so I generally have to purchase a 2XB (which is a bit larger than their standard XXL) size when shopping at a Ralph Lauren outlet.

I don't really have a favorite brand of clothing overall, or specifically for polo shirts.
For polos, all I require is a women's cut ... meaning shoulder seams that actually sit on my shoulders, not halfway down my bicep; a sleeve length above my elbow; a slight curve at the waist, a mid-hip length, and preferably a Y-neck (the neckline is a V before the placket starts). I hate being expected to wear a "unisex" polo (which is really just a men's polo) for work or volunteer events.
And like Pitt Chick, I don't want a logo. No alligators, penguins, polo ponies, etc.
I agree that, personally, I like the fit of an Izod women's polo I have.
As for my husband, who wears them more than I do, I like cheap, J C Penney brand polos.
I used tho buy him RL tall polos, but the collars get all funky and they shrink in the length.
I like the performance ones. NordicTrack puts out some good ones. There are other good ones I get from Costco that aren't brand named.
I am pretty sure you will love the IZOD Advantage Polo if you are into performance polo shirts. The Advantage Polo is a 60% cotton/40% polyester moisture wicking pique polo with UPF-15 sun protection.

The Costco ones are similar UPF and I love those but I kind of have enough of the performance polos despite the fact I wear them four times a week for work, but thanks for the tip.
Otherwise Target is fine with me, except their sizing is boxy for someone with an athletic frame. But the price can't be beat and they're OK for general wear or if I have to go to the office.
My father usually gets Land's End or another brand that is slipping my mind from JcPenney. He hates textured polos or polos with pockets so he is hard to shop for. But he likes their quality and the feel of them the best.
