But I wouldn't call these undereye "bags." These are just the lower eyelid, and they're still upright and firm. Bags are below the lower lid, I would say.
Ridiculous. They look ridiculous. And no, they do not look younger.
Anyone who wants to look "hung over" because they think it's cool, allow me to save you some money and messing up your face:
Put on your make up like you normally do.
Put on black mascara. More than you normally do.
Now, when your face looks great, take your hand, and from forehead down to your chin, run it along your face, smudging all of your make up.
Congratulations, you now look like you've been on an all night bender.
