I found this video about my Merrell Moab Ventilators. He bought them for the same reason as I did. We wanted something light that is used while engaged in outdoor activities and is more durable than a sneaker. Take these out in the rain and find out why they are superior to sneakers within minutes. Puddles on concrete and asphalt ruin your day in sneakers. Water starts soaking in right away due to the low sole height. These work much better and also make a great fishing shoe while on a boat in 90+ degree weather in July and August because they breath well.
I am a guy and I shoe-shop for support, price, comfort and impact-control......looks, don't really care.
I don't wanna sound meany-mean, but I think most women would buy the cheapest, flimsiest, overpriced, junk-shoes as long as they looked good. I saw an elderly women the other day in what must have been 3 inch stilettos, and she did not look that stable.
